Appointment Policy

In order to provide the best quality of service, we operate by appointment during regular business hours. This allows us to schedule ample time for all our patients and for our surgical and medical procedures. Occasionally, emergencies arrive that will receive top priority. We strive to see our clients and patients on time, but there may be times when an appointment could be delayed. Walk-in clients are welcome; however appointments are preferred and will take precedence over walk-ins.


Drop Off Services

We understand that you are often busy and it's not always feasible for you to be present for a sick or medical appointment. We offer an early morning drop off service for your sick pet providing you have called ahead to make arrangements. After dropping off your sick or injured pet, you will be called after the initial exam to discuss treatment recommendations. The requested services will be performed during the course of the day and you can pick up your pet at the end of the day.


Patient Arrival Policy

For you and your pet's protection and for the protection of others, please have your pet on a leash or in a carrier when you arrive for an appointment, boarding, or for grooming. If you do not have a leash or container, please ask for one prior to getting your pet out of your car. We want all of our patients, guests, and clients to have a safe visit with us.


Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make your appointment to either bring your pet to our clinic or for an on-farm appointment, we request that you call us as soon as possible (24 hours advance notice preferred) so that we may reschedule your appointment time for another client.


Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit.
